Return & Exchange Policy

At VULTURE OFFCIAL, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to hygiene concerns and industry standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on socks.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All purchases are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons including:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Unwanted item after purchase

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photo(s) of the item and issue

We will review the case and either replace the item or offer a suitable resolution, at our discretion.

3. Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the order

4. Payment Method

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Please ensure you are available to receive and pay for your order at the time of delivery.
